It is a single component styrene butadiene latex. It designed to improve the physical properties of cement mixes and slurries and to give water proof renders, screeds and toppings.
- Drying : dry to touch in 1 hour
- S.G : 0.95
- P.H : 8-8.5
- Solid content : 30 % ± 2
- Solid Volume : 18± 2
- Ingredients: styrene acrylic, pva, preservatives, solvent (water)
- All equipment should be rinsed with water immediately

Mixing :
- Bonding agent : The recommended mix to produce slurry consistency can be achieved By mixing 1 NOVA SBR : 1 clean water : 3 OPC cement by volume
- Floor screeds, renders, concrete repair, and floor patching : Mix Designs shown below are proposed for the reinstatements of old floors, general-purpose patch repair mortar, and new floor screening
